4. Booking Process and Payment

5. Pricing and Fees

- Cancel your booking and receive a full refund
5.2 Price Changes
Once a booking is confirmed, we will not increase the price except in the following circumstances:

- Increases in fuel surcharges by transport providers

6. Cancellations and Refunds
6.1 Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your booking at any time by giving written notice. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- More than 56 days before travel: Loss of deposit
- 29-56 days before travel: 50% of total cost
- 15-28 days before travel: 75% of total cost
- Less than 14 days before travel: 100% of total cost
6.2 Our Right to Cancel
We may cancel your booking in the following circumstances:
- Failure to make payment when due
- Breach of these Terms
- Force Majeure events
- Insufficient numbers for group tours
If we cancel your booking (other than for your breach), we will provide a full refund or offer alternative arrangements.
6.3 Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against cancellation fees and other travel-related risks.
7. Changes to Your Booking
7.1 Changes Requested by You
Changes to confirmed bookings may be possible subject to:
- Availability of alternative arrangements
- Payment of any additional costs
- Administration fee of £50 per change
- Approval by relevant suppliers
7.2 Changes Made by Us
We may need to make changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control. We will:
- Notify you as soon as possible
- Offer suitable alternatives where available
- Provide compensation for significant changes
- Offer a full refund if alternatives are unacceptable
8. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have:
- Valid passport with appropriate expiry dates
- Required visas and entry permits
- Necessary vaccination certificates
- Travel insurance documentation
8.2 Health and Fitness
You must:
- Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel
- Ensure you are physically capable of undertaking booked activities
- Follow all health and safety instructions
- Obtain necessary medical advice and vaccinations
8.3 Behaviour and Conduct
You agree to:
- Behave reasonably and considerately
- Follow local laws and customs
- Not endanger yourself or others
- Cooperate with our staff and suppliers
9. Our Responsibilities and Limitations
9.1 Our Duty of Care
We will:
- Exercise reasonable skill and care in providing our services
- Select reputable suppliers and partners
- Provide accurate information to the best of our knowledge
- Assist you in case of difficulties during your trip
9.2 Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for actions of independent suppliers
- We are not responsible for events beyond our reasonable control
- Our total liability is limited to the cost of your booking

We are not liable for failure to perform due to Force Majeure events including:
